Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool used to conduct survey research and other data collection activities. George Mason University provides access to Qualtrics through an enterprise license. CHSSWeb supports linking and embedding many types of multimedia, including surveys and forms. Documentation for adding a Qualtrics survey to your website is now available on the CHSSWeb help site.
