It is possible to create many content blocks that have the same title. For instance, you may want to display "Contact Us" or "Resources" information in different contexts, with different content, for different purposes. And you may want to reuse those blocks on multiple pages.
Finding those blocks can be a challenge. Your only clues are the title, the originating site, and sometimes the contents.
To help with that we have added a notes field to content blocks. This field is for internal use only and is visible to all editors in the system. You might use it to differentiate those duplicate contact us blocks like this:
- Contact Us. Note: For the research team.
- Contact Us. Note: For the development team.
- Contact Us. Note. For general use.
