The Dashboard now contains two areas with information about your site's maintenance. We hope this information will help you keep your site current.
The "Update History" area at the lower left shows the age of your most recent event or featured article and how long it has been since you updated a page.
The "Maintenance" area lists unused resource groups and link resources that belong to your site. If resource groups are not added to a page, they do not appear on your site. If links are not added to a resource group, those links do not appear anywhere on your site. Please delete any unused resource groups or link resources to clear up space in the system.
The section also shows the number of document resources which are not in a resource group. Unlike link resources, it is possible for a document resource to be used on your site without being used in a group. Nonetheless, if you are not using a particular document resource, please delete it to conserve storage space in the system.
The Current State of Sites in CHSSWeb
The two tables below provide information on all sites in the CHSSWeb system:
- Currency. For each site in CHSSWeb, this table tells how long ago the most recent featured article was posted, how long ago an event was added, and how long it has been since a page was edited.
- Article Usage. This table shows the number of articles, by kind of article, for each site in the CHSSWeb system.
