Is Your Site Up-to-date?

When you look at the backend of your sites, the first item you'll see is a set of performance indicators for your department's or programs website.  The categories are freshness of news stories (created by you and shared from somewhere else), percent of people with bios, percent of people with photos, and the number of dead links on your site (links that no longer go to any content, but generate a 404 or related error).  There is also an aggregate score that gives you an indication how the site is doing generally.

We hope these indicators will help you and your staff better to track the appearance of your site, which is the way many of the audiences for your programs will first encounter them.  CHSS and its IT staff are ready to help you work on any of the areas that need improvement.
