Equips students aspiring to take a leadership role in the nonprofit sector with essential financial management and planning skills. Explores the unique balance between social missions and entrepreneurial demands that shape financial planning and accounting in nonprofits. Key topics include budgeting, cost analysis, financial statement interpretation, revenue sources and projections, and internal control systems.Offered by Schar Govt/International Affrs. Limited to three attempts.
Recommended Prerequisite: 60 credits or permission of instructor.
