Dubbot Integration
The university uses a tool called Dubbot to check our sites for broken links, accessibility problems, and other governance issues. We have integrated Dubbot into CHSSWeb to allow you to see Dubbot's broken link reports for your pages, people, articles, and other content types.
When you edit an item which has been tracked by Dubbot, you will see an accordion entry showing the number of broken links Dubbot detected and when it last scanned the item.
When you expand that accordion, CHSSWeb will reach out to Dubbot and retrieve the current list of broken links. You will see those links along with some instructions on how to find and fix them.
As we note in that help text, the broken links could be in any field. If the item's page also displays related content--articles or content blocks on a page, for instance--it is possible for the broken link to actually reside with that item. If you have trouble locating a broken link, please contact the CHSSWeb team.
