Displaying Programs on the Degree Pages

On the Degrees and Certificate pages, we want to be able to pull from the academic programs app in various ways. Use the Template drop down under Publishing Controls to get what kind of display you want. Only admin users can see these templates.
  1. Admin-programs-all  will display all programs associated with that website
  2. Admin-programs will display different things depending on which Template Setting you use.
  3. I added a place for (somewhat) ad hoc configuration settings on pages. Right now the only setting is "Program codes". If you are using the admin_programs template and you add one or more course codes here, separated by a space, the relevant programs will appear.
The term "course_codes" here is a bit soft. I parsed the program codes and pulled out the part that seemed relevant. For everything except concentrations, it's the last part of the program code. For concentrations it's the next-to-last part. So:
  • Program: LA-BA-ECON => ECON
  • Minor: LA-MINOR-ENGL-TESL => TESL
  • Concentration: LA-BA-FRLN-SPN => FRNL
  • Certificate: LA-CERG-AM => AM
I made the exception for concentrations on the assumption that we would always want to pull all concentrations within a given program for a given site. On reflection, that may not be true. I can change it, but if I do we'll need to add each individual concentration's code to the configuration.
