The Importance of Program Pages

Each active program in the college has a collection of program pages in CHSSWeb that are a combination of marketing and academic content. The content on these pages is used on both the department websites and the college website. The program pages are also often the first entry point from search engines to your program.

The Program Page

We modeled our display of individual programs on the print brochures which used to be ubiquitous and which some programs still produce. Program pages have many optional parts, including promotional text; the catalog information about the program; admissions information for graduate programs; profiles of students and alumni; and more.

These optional parts are controlled by the site which owns the program. They cannot be added automatically, so please take the time to review each program and make full use of all available elements.
